it’s thanksgiving! i love when thanksgiving arrives. for me, it kind of officially kicks off the holiday season. we start today off by spending quality time with extended family, and giving thanks for all the blessing God has given us and all the lessons God has taught us over the year.
this year, we were at my parents house to visit with family and enjoy a delicious thanksgiving dinner. my aunt cindy and uncle bob were here this year and i always look forward to spending time with them. mamaw, aimee, brian, luke, and ian were also in town. we always have such a wonderful time when we are all together. all of the kids had a great time playing and dinner was wonderful.
i am so thankful for such and amazing family! i am truly blessed! we missed having tom and karen with us this year, but i know they are having a wonderful time visiting with mark and abby in uganda!!
i can’t wait to go home and pull out all the christmas decorations!
